Don't you just love this journey that is our life!

It is like a merry-go-round that won't stop. Which is why I suppose it is so important to take time out and do those little things for ourselves that bring us a little peace...

I have just had baby number 3 (well almost 5 months ago!!!) and my goodness he is keeping us on our toes. His name is Thomas and he is wonderful and a handful and beautiful and so completely time consuming... which is why this website and newsletter have been a little neglected.

Well enough about that, what I really want to tell you about is what I have coming up for YOU!

I am writing an article giving you the low down on how to give a loved one or friend the most amazing Hot Stone massage. It is surprisingly easy.

Also articles on Bowen therapy, Colonics plus lots more skin care recipes. So stay tuned, I havent forgotten you!

We are about to head off on a 3 month trip up the east coast of Australia with the kids, our lap top and wireless internet. Should be interesting... I will keep you posted and hopefully be able to show you some happy snaps.
