Well, here it is, nothing too complicated just a blissful way to spend some time out and benefit your skin at the same time.

Blissed Out FacialThis is a deep cleansing homemade facial treatment that can be performed on all skin types ideally every 3 weeks.
You can miss steps according to the time you have.
All of the quantities below are enough for one application, if you are swapping a homemade facial treatment with a friend, double the amounts.
Recipes for your homemade facial treatment are best made fresh, don’t keep for longer than a day or two in the fridge.
As with all skin care it is best to do a sensitivity test first. If you have an allergy to a certain food, don’t use it in your preparations. Choose an alternative.
Step 1 – Steam “Herbal”
Step 2 – Cleanse “Cookies and Milk Skin Polish”
Step 3 – Mask with eye compress “Honey Mask”
Step 4 – Tone
Step 5 – Moisturize & Massage
Step 1 Steam
Steam your face to encourage the removal of wastes, improve skin hydration and loosen dead skin cells.
Note: Do not steam your face if you have broken veins, inflammation, sunburn or hypersensitive skin.
2 liters of water
2 tablespoons of dried herbs (or 4 tablespoons of fresh)
Rinse your face and leave it a little damp.
Add your herbs and water to a pot. Cover the pot with the lid.
Bring to the boil and simmer for 3 - 4 minutes.
Turn off the heat and remove pot from the stove.
Remove the lid.
Tie your hair up and cover your head and the pot with a towel.
Keep your face 30cm (approx 12 inches) away from the water (more if you have delicate skin).
Steam your face for up to 10 minutes.
After steaming wipe your face with a cloth.
Step 2 Cleanse
Cleanse your face with “Cookies and Milk” to remove impurities and dead skin.
2 teaspoons of oatmeal
2 teaspoons dried milk
1 teaspoon powdered cinnamon
Enough water to make a paste
Mix all ingredients together.
Apply to face in small circular motions.
Rinse face thoroughly with warm water.
Step 3 Mask
Relax with a mask and eye compress.
2 slices of cucumber
2 tablespoons of honey
2 teaspoons of milk
Combine honey and milk, stirring until completely combined.
Apply to face and throat.
Take the cucumber and place one on each eye.
Lie down for 10 minutes.
Remove cucumber and rinse off mask with warm water.
Step 4 Tone
Tone your skin with a refreshing cucumber tonic to cool, soothe and refresh the skin as well as remove any remains from the previous treatments.
1/3 of a cucumber (peeled)
Juice the cucumber.
Strain the juice into a clean container. (Make this up to a day beforehand and keep it in the fridge so that it is nice and cool when you use it).
Smooth it over your face and throat with clean cotton balls.
Step 5 Moisturize and Massage
Moisturize your skin by massaging your face with a facial oil.

½ to 1 teaspoon of cold pressed vegetable oil
Good choices are; jojoba (light), sweet almond (medium), olive oil (heavy).
