Add a homemade hair treatment to your home spa bliss out sessions.

Many day spas are now providing hair treatments.

No surprise really, spas are all about making people feel wonderful and how great do you feel when your hair is looking lustrous.

Hairdressers are even getting in on the spa act. My last visit was a spa-like experience. My hair was washed and my scalp massaged in a small candle-lit area with serene music in the background. It was beautiful, but it was soon followed by endless chatter once I was in the cutting chair. They haven’t quite got the idea, have they?

You can have a serene experience without the chatter by doing your own homemade hair treatment.

Some of the most beautiful things to put on your hair are fruit, eggs and oils.

Here is some inspiration to get those locks back to their shining glory.

Remember to finish with a cold water rinse for the shiniest of shiny hair.
